| We find it important to uphold dignity
and self-esteem of people. Instead of handing out food or money we try
to assist them with the means to provide for themselves and their
families. Often people have an idea of how to become self-reliant but lack the means to get started. In such cases Outreach Europe can come in with a small loan. It means a lot for the dignity of people when through hard work they become self-reliant and after some period of time are able to redeem their loan. The money returned will assist new applicants with their projects. |

An important aspect for success in these small projects is close supervision. For that purpose Outreach Europe has local representatives, often from the same tribe and community. |
