OE is formally registered within the Netherlands as a not-for-profit organization. It is governed by the administrative board consisting of persons from Germany and the Netherlands. This work is done on a voluntary base. We find it important that the donations reach the people and projects they are intended for. Additionally we have local representatives who coordinate and closely control the effectiveness of our projects. |

| In 2003 we also have been formally registered within Germany as Förderverein Outreach Europe e.V. This non-profit organization takes care of the fundraising in Germany. | ||
| We are an independent charitable organization but feel connected with Outreach International (USA) and World Accord (Canada). |
